Richard Milhous Nixon
Richard Nixon was born on January 9, 1913 Yorba Lina, California. He was second of five children of Frank and Hanna Nixon. Frank was a station owner and grocer while his mother Hanna was a devout Quakerism and a strong influence on her son.
Nixon attended and graduated from Whitter College in California, 1934. Then, went to Duke University Law School in Durham, North Carolina,1937. Nixon then went back to Whitter College to practice law and where met Thelma Catherine Ryan (Pat) where they got married later in 1940. They had two children, Julie Nixon Eisenhower, and Tricia Nixon Cox,
He was the 36th vise president from 1953-1961, U.S. Representative and U.S. Senator from California. Nixon then became president from 1969- 1974 which, as a result, he made history for being the first president ever to resign.
Former President Richard Nixon died on April 22, 1994, in New York at Presbyterian Hospital.

How Nixon was Involved
Our 37th president Richard Nixon served his second term but soon resigned on Aug 9, 1974, due to circling of the Watergate scandal.
He was said to be involved by refusing to give up the tapes and then tried to cover up the scandal by editing the tapes to try to prove his innocence. Another thing he tried doing, was that he was trying to fire archiebald cox lawyer of Nixon, cox was putting pressure in charges of corruption against the people associated with the Watergate break in.
It is said that there was money missing from the committee of reelection of the president.
Although There was no proof that he had no involvement of the break in at the Watergate hotel, he was in fact trying to cover up the scandal.
